Our FoundersOur Founders
Mr. Daniel D. Amigone, Sr.
and Mrs. Molly Amigone

As a young man of 24, Daniel Amigone and his young bride Molly opened Amigone Funeral Home and began offering funeral service to families in our community. Inspired by a willingness to help and give of themselves when others were in a time of difficulty bore the tradition that has carried forward.

Their son Anthony's foresight, knowledge and perseverance has expanded exemplary funeral service throughout the Western New York region. He has truly developed Amigone Funeral Home, Inc. into the preferred funeral service provider in our region as well as a nationally recognized leader in funeral service.

Their grandsons Vincent and Anthony, Jr. are fortunate to have learned directly from their grandfather and father, the ideals necessary to possess in order to carry the tradition forward as they expand on what they have learned.

Daniel D. Amigone, Sr. in 1926

One thing remains the same from generation to generation, from the many letters, and comments we receive from families we have served, one comment rises above the rest, it is that we are "easing a difficult time." In 1926, Amigone Funeral Home was founded by Daniel D. Amigone, when he began operating a funeral service business from his mothers home. Since that time, the Amigone family name has grown to be the most respected funeral business in the Western New York community. Now operating under the third generation of Amigone Family members, we serve Western New York with fifteen funeral home locations. In addition to at need funeral services, pre-arrangement services are an area of expertise for Amigone.

The Amigone family mission is to insure that we have done everything possible to meet the needs of the families we serve. We must also anticipate the needs of our families during their time of grief. Our ultimate goal is satisfaction beyond anyone's expectations.
